About Marlo
My journey began over 20 years ago when I lived in Tempe, Arizona. While I always considered myself a healthy person and I ate clean foods, I did not truly understand how to utilize my eating habits to maintain and improve my health.
When our son was diagnosed with asthma at 18 months old, I started studying whole foods nutrition in earnest. Having the benefit of studying at various institutions and working with several practitioners, I pursued and obtained my Masters of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH).

I currently see clients at my home office in Arlington, Virginia. I can also accommodate out-of-town clients via a combination of Skype and telephone appointments.

My other passions include cooking, practicing Baptiste power yoga with my husband (Dave), watching my son (Aiden) play water polo, and chilling out with my three furry friends (Indio, Naya, and Nash).
